Your Personal Training starts with a free telephone consultation to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve. During your first session you will complete all the comprehensive assessment forms. These give information on your medical and health history, current weight and measurements, current diet, exercise history, your goals and much more. We then use this and other information gathered through the consultation to help us devise a personalised exercise and nutritional plan to get you to your goal.

The Personal Training Sessions consist of functional exercises; a warm up, strength and or cardiovascular conditioning using a mixture of weights, kettlebells, Bands, SAQ ladders and then a light cool down. Your sessions will be progressive to make sure you keep improving, get you to the next level, and keep you free of injury to maximise your performance.

Our training techniques will ensure you lose weight, greatly improve core condition and speed sculpt your way to a fitter, healthier, enhanced lifestyle. We will provide you with a workout routine to do on your own, if you can only train with one of our personal trainers 1-2 times per week. This program will greatly compliment your Personal Training session making sure you keep on target for your goals.

Our constant evaluation of your training routines plus the nature of the training will mean you will never be bored, FRUSTRATED AT NOT ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS, or feel let down; which we hear from many of our clients who are, or have been members of large health clubs.
